After 28 Days the Results are In – Olay 28 Day Challenge

I’ll be honest, sometimes I have a hard time knowing if a specific beauty regime or product is working. When you see your skin day in and day out, subtle changes aren’t exactly a shining beacon. Two drop-dead pieces of proof that something is working – before and after pics, and the unsolicited opinion of a friend. Both of which proved that the Olay 28 Day Challenge worked for me! olay 28 day challengeTo fill you in on the details… for the last 28 days, I’ve been faithfully using both the Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream and the Olay Eyes Ultimate Eye Cream. The eye cream is applied both morning and night. The Micro Sculpting Cream I put on each morning, usually a few minutes before I began putting on my makeup.

The Micro Sculpting Cream moisturizes and plumps the skin in order to fight the signs of age. You know the signs I’m talking about – fine lines, little wrinkles, and just general lack of luster. From the first week, I could already tell that my skin was loving the new beauty regime. My skin felt softer.

The eye cream fights wrinkles, puffy eyes, and those pesky dark circles. As someone who has inherited those dark circles – I’m always on the lookout for a product that will help diminish them. The Ultimate Eye Cream seems to do the trick. From the second week of use, I found myself reaching less and less for under-eye concealer. Bonus!

While I was noticing subtle changes, I wasn’t sure if my observations were real or just wishful thinking as I analyzed my skin each morning in the mirror. But then a co-worker and friend came up to me out of the blue and asked what I was doing differently because my skin was truly glowing. She commented that it never looked bad before but recently, it had been looking smooth and blemish free. I gushed about the Olay products, which obviously were working their magic in reality and not just in my mind.

Beyond the obvious results, the other thing I really liked about these products is that they did their job without causing me to break out. I have combination skin which tends toward oily as the day progresses. Many face creams cause me to break out, but not so with Olay.

Plus, this regime was super easy. It took me less than a week to get into the habit of using the Micro Sculpting Cream each morning and the Ultimate Eye Cream each night and morning. It quickly became a part of my morning routine, without adding extra time to the process.

Results don’t lie. The way my skin is looking and feeling is proof that Olay knows what it is doing when it comes to quality skincare. Honestly, the Olay 28 Day Challenge was more a reward than anything else. After 28 days of use, I know these two products will be a normal part of my daily skincare routine.

What facewash do you use with this? I’m glad to know this product actually worked and didn’t break you out. My fear is always that’ll I’ll break out from a new product.

I use a variety of products. The Olay Daily Facial cleaning cloths is what I use to wash my face outside of the shower. They are AMAZING and you can get them in bulk on Amazing. In the shower I use Clearasil and the Pixi Peal and Polish, which is also awesome.
