The weather is beginning to get colder, well at least it is in Milwaukee. I’ve already looked in my closet several mornings and wished I hadn’t unpacked all my summer clothes and let my winter things boxed up. But still, for me, the very last thing I give up are my flip flops. To be honest, I don’t usually ever put them away for warmer weather. I wear them around the house during the evenings or early mornings. Maybe it’s because they are easy to slip on or because they are uber comfortable. Or maybe it’s because I don’t like socks and shoes. I’d be perfectly content to walk around barefooted most of the day – but since that is considered odd I opt for the sandals instead.
Check out these adorable pair of Havaianas I received last week. I love the light tan color and the very feminine bow. Sure, they are still flip flops but the bow helps add a little extra something to step them up just slightly. Great – one more pair of flip flops to keep around all winter, breaking them in for next spring. The slim structure and the way the straps are connected a little further back then some other pairs I’ve owned, make this a very comfortable and easy to wear flip flop.
