These days I’m really feeling the vibrant colors and fun patterns that usually accompany summer clothing. Do you ever have one of those patterns that jumps out and you and fall in love with it? That’s what happened this this dress. I passed it on a rack and immediately stopped, turned back and pulled the dress out. Maybe it’s the off-white background, or perhaps the orange flowers, whatever… I just really liked the pattern.
The days have been a funny mix of warm and cool, so I often opt to take layers with me when I am heading out. This jean jacket and orange scarf will be completely gone when the days finally hit 90* or more, but now that we are often in the 70s and 80s I add and subtract the layers when needed.
Tip: When running out of the house in the morning, grab a scarf or sweater that can add a little warmth if the temps dip or the air conditioning is too chilly to bare.
